Prayer, Rejoicing And Thanksgiving Is The Will Of God For You.
Pray to receive Revelatoin, with Rejoicing: accept it, and with Thanksgiving Walk in it.

In every thing give thanks, meaning that. When it is good and when it is bad you must give thanks. When there is no food to eat, No Job, No Husband, No Children....give thanks, "...for this is the WILL of God in Christ Jesus Concerning you".
How can you Receive if you don't ask and continue asking ?(Pray Without Ceasing. 1Thessal. 5:17) How can you Receive something valuable from your boss with a sad mood? (Rejoice evermore v:18), and why will you want to ask him for more, if you have fail to thank him for all he has done for you in the time past?.
Your own feelings and suggestions from your friends and relatives may not be the will of God for you, though most times, God uses the people around us to minister to us, and for you to be sure, text and compare it all with the word of God. If it contradicts the word of God, then it can not be from God.
It's always better to fast and pray continuously until God speaks to you Himself. God is always ready to reveal his heart beat to his own children who call upon him.
